Fast shipping and great quality. Shrimp love them.

  2. Shrimp love 'em! 5 Star Review

When I ran out of these last time, I had to get the banana leaves since APB was out of the almond leaves. Sadly, the shrimp hardly touched them. For my last order, I saw the almonds were back in stock, so I snapped them up. They were a teeny bit more crumbly this time, but the shrimp sure don't care, so I don't either.

Dry clean and flexible. I have a smaller tank so I break them in half and only put half in at a time.

  8. Really, really huge! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 27th Oct 2014

I have to admit, I thought that I had ordered the small sized leaves so when I opened the package and saw that they were larger than my foot I was a little surprised, but when I checked my order I realized that I had made a mistake and ordered the large leaves. Since I am using them for 3 gallon Betta tanks I just cut the leaves into manageable sizes and float them right on the top. The leaves arrived in pristine condition and I stored them in a cool, dry place so that I will get a few years use out of them. I am exceptionally pleased with the purchase as well as the fast shipping. I received my order within 3 days of placing the order.

  9. A must have for shrimp 5 Star Review

Posted by on 31st May 2014

These MD Large leaves are huge, about the size of my hand! I rinsed one of them off in a glass dish of aquarium water, then refilled the dish, set a little rock on it for two days until it was good and slimy...then cut it into about 4 pieces and dropped them into my shrimp tank. The little shrimplets came running from nowhere to play with the new jungle gym of leaves. These are a hit in my shrimp tank. I will be using these from now on.

    Thanks again Ron! Excellent products!

  10. As Described 4 Star Review

Posted by on 22nd May 2014

The leaves arrived promptly and in good shape. They are large and I tore off a few pieces to soak and then place in my nano tank. I am glad that I soaked them as they did release a lot of tannins. The shrimp and snails are enjoying them and they look very natural in the tank.
