Our Guarantee

Only next day deliveries comes with a guarantee, Priority & other shipping methods is at buyers risk.

For our USPS Express, Fedex, or UPS live arrival Guarantee  to apply an adult must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.  In the very rare case of a DOA, a clear photo must be emailed within 2 hours of delivery in original bag or container. Original shipping box with deceased animal must be returned.  The guarantee does not include shipping charges.  Guarantee covers postal errors. Replacement or credit, at our choice, will be given in the unlikely event your animals do not arrive alive.  Temperatures on both ends must be between 32 F., and 80 F.  It is your responsibility to let us know the current temperature on your end.  Some areas for Express mail are 2 dy delivery areas, it is the buyers responsibility to know if your in a 2 day USPS shipping zone area, 2 day zone areas are not guaranteed and are treated the same as priority.  Check USPS commitment times at usps.com . USPS Priority Mail , Fedex 2 day, Fedex ground, and other shipping methods (2 to 4 days) will be used only at buyers risk (frogs are only sent express mail).  Our shipping days are normally on Mondays through Thursday.

We Guarantee are frogs on Express shipping, but we don't guarantee delivery times. These matters are out of our hands.

Frog standard quarantine measures always need to be adhered to. Ffecal inspections and check-ups should be performed by a trained veterinarian.

 We don't ship fogs outside of the USA, and we don't ship shrimp outside of Noth America.

 International orders will be shipped by International Express Mail (EMS) or FedEx next day only. There are no live arrival guarantees on international orders ! Buyers are responsible for knowing their own country custom regulations, any custom problems are the responsibility of the buyer.( Please check before you order). Most orders will run $35.00 - $85.00

Box and Handling fees

We never ad box or handling fee's.  Nor is there ever a charge for heat or cold packs if needed.
