The White Crayfish makes a great addition to any freshwater aquarium. They are cousins to the Electric Blue Crayfish, and can even be breed together. They are much more enjoyable to watch, and much more active than most fish I have owned. They like to pick through tank gravel getting all the food that falls down there. They therefore help to keep the bottom of your tank clean. The general life span for the Procambarus Alleni White Crayfish is up to 5 years with proper care. These crayfish like to burrow and hide, so providing caves, or rocks in their tank allows them to be more comfortable. They need a water temperature ranging from 65 F – 75 F. These White Crayfish are native to the Florida Everglades. These are sub adults
